How to measure progress beyond the scale
Body weight is one possible measure, but it cannot describe every change that matters. A broader progress picture can be more motivating, more humane and more useful for long-term health. You might notice improved stamina, greater strength, easier movement, steadier energy, more restful sleep or better-fitting clothes.
